Hi everyone!
Does somebody now? If i have factory installed alarm with immobilizer on my MINI MPI 97-01, should i reprogram it if i want to replace engine control unit? Or they have not connected by some programs?

the key fob, alarm module and the ECU are all matched, or programmed together. So if you replace the ECU (or the fob/alarm module for that matter) then you will need to have them reprogrammed

I've never had to send them off so no I can't recommend anywhere I'm afraid
