Hey guys! I've just fitted the powerspark electronic ignition to my 59d dizzy. Went in nicely apart from the original screw which held the points in place is too short! The kit says I should be able to re use the existing screws, am I missing something?

Fitted several not come upon a short screw not being able to screw the replacement baseplate down, maybe your points screw was a shorter one than O.E ?

Thanks for your reply, very possibly shorter than O.E. Do you know the part number or perhaps the screw/thread size?

From memory 2BA check Minispares they have a full set of the screws listed on their site if you need more than the points one, or ebay here and cut one to the length you require http://www.ebay.co.u... screw&_sacat=0
