I'm just rebuilding my radius arms with the mini spares kits. Question, there are two thick washers to go either end of the pivot pin, which end does the larger diameter one go at? Am i missing something?

Also do the rubber seals need to stretch over the ends of the casting on the inside of these washers? If so they will be rather tight!

Thanks in advance

one side of the arm is smaller than the other so the smaller washer goes on that side, yep the rubbers go over the arm and washer. they slip on fairly easily, the main problem at the minute is the quality of the rubber which can split before the car sees the road in some instances. I got t

some silicone hose to solve it.

Search the forum. Several years ago someone turned up some grease tubes from plastic pipe. I think it was yellow gas pipe, but almost anything with sufficient wall thickness would do. Or turn them up from ali.
