Hi guys,

I am 18 and very close to passing my driving test and when I hopefully get a full time job I can buy a classic mini

What sort of price should I look at for a classic mini? I was thinking between £3500-£5000

what does everyone think?

Hi and welcome to TMF.

That price range should get yourself and nice usable car BUT think about insurance costs here. Stick to something standard, 998cc and go from there.

Get a years NCB under your belt then start thinking about any modifications you want to do.

Hi and welcome.
Good luck on your test!
Just remember, mods cost money, and knuckle skin....be prepared to part with both.
Mini's love is shown in blood soaked tools haha
