Looking for some information on the version 2.0 type hinges, the ones which bolt to the inner wings.

Is there a drilling guide? How do you know where to drill?

Will these work with a fiberglass bonnet. I know the later version with the gas struts need extra bracing

Not sure about a roundnose but no need to drill anything on a clubby.

Bolt up and adjust as required.

It involved all sorts of measuring etc

Nope not really. It's pretty much bolt and play. You do some final tweaking as you would a bonnet fit.

If no one comes up with the instructions I'll post them tomorrow. The originals go on pretty easy. The only issue I had was a bonnet that fit poorly to start so it took a little more to make them line up properly. I think I used rivnuts to attach them to the inner fender wall which made installing them a little easier.

They're different on the round nose then

He may have the earlier design hinges which were mounted to the flitch behind the crossmember gusset rather than the current style which just replace the original hinge like for like. They've gone through quite a few designs since they first launched.

This should help V2.5 bolts to the inner part of the wing.

I helped install a set of these on a roundnose car and they weren't that hard to do, but they seemed really flimsy to me, especially when in the vertical position. I sure like the idea tho, it's dark under the bonnet when you're working in a shop, even a well lit one.
