One Carb Or Two?

Set of four hubcaps for 10 inch steel wheels (I believe, not fitted them myself), in great condition. Not sure if they're stainless as there's no flaking chrome whatsoever, but they could do with a good polish up. Two of them have a very small dent which I've attempted to show in the photos, but they're barely visible.
