Hi All, Quick intro...
Originally from Edinburgh where I owned my first Mini around 1978, paid 50 pound for it and it was a POJ but loved every minute.
Fast forward 10 years to Australia and I cross paths again with Mini's were my partner had a Mini Van with porthole windows and a bench seat length ways in the back, also a POJ. 
My latest venture is almost a barn find, past it a couple of times on a back road with it's nose sticking out of a driveway with a for sale sign. It is 1 owner and hasn't been driven, in fact outside, since 1982.
Anyway, I bought it. It's an almost completely rust free 1964 Australian made 850 Mini Deluxe, it runs and is currently in bits as I've stripped it and am working through the body stripping it to bare metal, treating and sealing.
