Seen this done twice now, once with chrome ones and again with the black, looks cool, seems to me it's just a case of marking or spacing the holes and then having the courage to drill em........can't  be that easy surely???? and stop calling me Shirley..

You mean lightened door handles, but yes just mark where you want the holes drilled and drill.

yep the look drilled and then painted again, cant imagine it saves that much weight but then i gather it is more for the look
