Hi all. I have recently fitted the boot floor in my shell and have been looking at the old panel that I have removed that has had really poor repairs done to it. My question is what parts are fitted at the rear subframe mounts on the underside of the car?? There seemed to be a lot of layers of sheet steel in the area and I am unsure what is original and what has been added. I hope someone knows the answer. Thanks

Yes at the rear of the rear subframe there are about 3 layers of sheet steel.

Look through the parts catalogue on the Somerford Mini web site. That will show you exactly which parts should be there. There are various stiffeners top and bottom.

I cant seem to find the plate that is under the rear valance closing panel. Does it have a specific name??
