Looks like a decent size you went for in the end. With some cladding would look good too :) I myself am shopping for a house soon and a good sized garage with potential loft space in it is on my list!

Yep, I think I have room for a good sized bench and some shelving and will still have plenty of room for working on the mini(s).

Similar size to mine 16 x14 2 cars and shelving down one side

Use led panels for lighting 👍🏻
You probably wont need insulation /heating, mines fine

The old garage provided plenty of space to work on one of my minis, but left the other out in the cold.

I'm currently in the process of building a 13x20ft garage which should be enough. It was 12x20 before the rebuild and I always wished it had just a bit more width.

My old garage was smaller than this and had plenty of space for working on one car, plus all of my equipment and parts.

Yeah, I'm already planning on boarding the loft space to store parts and panels :)
