Hi, my daily has a niggle that's got me stuck, anyone owned one / know about them on here? also sorry if its in the wrong place :S
My metro is miss running, before getting handy with the spanners I took it to a less good garage who messed with the metros set up and confused them selfs with the vaccum pipes and gave up. So I guessed and it ran but not great, now sick of odd running, there are some questions that I need answered to put it right. My car is. 93 carbed 1.1s with electronic ignition and HIF38 carb.
Where do the vacuum pipes go to and from?
Where are the timing marks for setting up with a timing light?
What method to set fuel mixture and idle speed?
P.s the most annoying issue is it stutters and pauses under 2000rpm.
