Hi,

Like many, I hit my 40s and had that urge to get a mini once again. Got this last year from a pleasant young man on this forum (he had a great build thread) and although use has been limited (had another kid the same month) it never fails to put a smile on my face.

My 4 year old christened him 'Don'.... Which has stuck. Based in Leicester so you may see me whipping around at weekends.

Mods are on hold at the moment due to the increased family but in the coming years I hope to return it to 10" wheels and have bumpers back on.

Hoping the image uploads ok.... It's my 1st post :)

Cheers,
Luke

My Mrs got me a mini birthday cake for my 40th, hadn't owned one for 10 years, 2 months later I had one parked in the garage. Still haven't driven it 6 years laterDSCF3585_zpsuluxg2m8.jpg

I got a Lego Mini for my 52nd birthday, 4 months later I had the full size one in the garage. Planning to have it on the road by late spring.

Good luck!
