Just my comments and I haven't been influenced by other threads about this company
While browsing the web I found this company were selling stainless steel front shock mounts just what I was after and at a reasonable price
I called them up had a discussion and a week later placed an order via their web site
2 weeks passed by no delivery so I gave them a call chap on the other end states they are just finishing them off and they will be in the post shortly
Happy with this reply I patiently waited
funny though they don't make any mention of these having to be made to order on their web site or when I spoke to the chap initially
Another week goes by and still no delivery so once again I phone them up this time to be told they have an issue machining part of them but I'm assured they will be finished and I will receive them by the end of the week
That brings us to Monday of this week still no delivery so once again another phone call this time I'm told the chap who makes these things is not in yet but when he arrives he will give me a call to let me know what's happening
You guessed it no return call !!
Today i get an email from pay pay saying they have refunded my money !!!
No call to say why or apologise for the almost 5 week delay
As you can imagine I gave them a call to ask what was going on and spoke to the same chap as before who didn't have any idea as to why I've been refunded or indeed why my order had been cancelled
I gave him some constructive polite feed back about customer service and thanked him for nothing !!!

So if your looking for a helpful company with excellent customer service who state this on their website

Shame to hear.

 

They do seem to receive quite a lot of negativity. I've bought quite a few bits from them over the internet and been to their place probably half a dozen times too and I personally cannot fault them. Great chaps and always willing to help.

 

I want that pearlescent mini outside!

Disappointed more than anything that they didn't just call me
I'd of been more than happy to wait a bit longer but to just cancel and refund is poor
Maybe a sign that all is not well within the company ??

To be fair probably did you a favour stainless shock mounts will do a good job of rotting your inner wings out.
