About 10 mins but i think i need to adjust air level and gun tip just a go to see the result

Be careful with your lungs. The aluminium dust goes in but never comes out. Don't ask me how I know. It's not like rust or steel grindings

This must be why precautions must be taken when disposing of the stuff. I never knew this, thanks for sharing I will definitely be more careful and let the extractor at work run for longer before opening up the door and swinging my head in..
