Hi chaps has anyone had any success repairing an 80s wiper stalk. I understand they are constructed of Wensleydale and as such most are broken. Mine is broken at the bottom where the pivot is.
Any advice welcome may as well try a repair before I just buy another

Where about has it broken? As I've gotten pretty handy at repairing a few indicator/wiper storks over the years. The most common being the clamp that holds it to the steering column and repairing it with a jubilee clip and 2 screws.

It is the plastic piece at the bottom that holds the metal stalk into it. It all still works but the arm pulls out if you aren't gentle

I'd give epoxying it a go, haven't lost anything if it doesn't work.
