Tyre Choice Jcw

It's coming to near to the time of replacing tyres on my 2013 John Cooper Works as the fronts are starting to get a little low for my liking, and with a trip to the Nurburgring next month, it would be silly not too!
I would like to stay with runflats so any suggestions suggesting otherwise will be ignored. However I can't decide which tyres to go for.
At the moment it has 4 Dunlop SP Sports which I find are alright but as usual, I'm after better. I've heard good things about Continental run flats, has anybody had any experience of both? I can get either for around the same price so that's not a factor.
Any help will be much appreciated!

Don't think you can get run flats in a 10 or 12" wheel for minis :) :) :)

As interesting as they look, Falken tyres in my experience lack any sort of wet grip! If nobody on here answers, I may have to consider joining the dark side!

Continental are great for wett, have good experience with Pirelli tyres. Nice grip in wett or dry.

What are the contis like in the dry? If they are as good or better than Dunlop's, thats what I'll get! Pirelli are more expensive and on paper have worse wet weather grip

As a personal choice I would take Continental over Dunlop, but that doesn't mean Dunlop are bad.

I'd second that (145/70 12) And even though people slate them, the Nankans I've switched to have so much more grip in the wet.
