Hi all we have only had our mini since Christmas bought from Lloyds mini Newcastle anyway my hubby has been driving over 20 years never had any issues with any other of makes of cars he's had over the years. We rang the dealership and explained it really struggles pulling away and trying to reverse always tries to stall they took it in and said clutch was gone and replaced it. This hasn't solved the problem at all they keep fobbing us off saying it's turbo deisel it's all4 it's normal blah blah blah. This doesn't seem normal at all hill stats at lights are a NIGHTMARE actually all lights/ roundabouts are a nightmare as can't pull away fast enough in heavy traffic ect it's plain dangerous has anyone got an all4 do you have these issues please help thanks in advance

sounds like you have joined the wrong forum. this is a forum dedicated to the classic Mini not the BMW MINI.

try Mini2 or totalmini

As above wrong forum! Ive not driven a new mini of any variety however I have driven a number of modern turbo diesels and compared to my old diesel golf they have far less power low down which can make 'nipping' out of junctions tricky despite their respectable power figures. I regularly drive an insignia and despite having more power it is no where near as fast in the real world as my old golf.
