no offence taken. its not as much the frame or cage i need info on it is the rear axel assembly and the diff i need help understanding how to make this can anyone help???

Can't you just do a RWD A-series conversion? A lot simplier?

Why not just make the cage/subframe to hold the engine, then use running gear from a FWD car (say mini running gear.) Use all that cars suspension then just fix the hubs? Would work wouldnt it?

Like what MikeR33 on 16vminiclub has done, fitted a front subframe in the rear, then fixed the hubs.

Oops just realised you want to fit a bike engine, could still work though....
