Received from sandblasting, and I continue with the reconstruction. The drains of the doors were rotten, I made new ones with stainless steel.

I did similar repairs to my doors, not sure if you had planned to, but I found fitting door frames to car without skins very helpful, I got bottom trimmed to get correct gap, and I hadn’t noticed while replacing bottom they had gone slightly out of square do I used a body jack to get them correct. Then I removed from car and skinned them. Made the fitting much easier.
But good work.

Hello again mates. I am going to resume the project that I had to set aside for personal reasons.
Several changes are presented in the project, because in this time I have found out things about the car. The body is from the year 64, but I have a problem. The chassis number is rotten and I only identify the letters KA2S I think the next one is 4L55.
The rest is not seen, and I do not have the documents to know more. I would appreciate help.

On the other hand, I continue with the restoration, I put pictures of the doors.

Hola,

Can you identify the car with trafico from the engine number and what you have of the chassis number?

This will be some help, but you are missing the part of the number that is unique to your mini.

buena suerte!

There is less left to finish the process of the doors. I have sealed with polyurethane all the possible points of entry of water, as well as unions. The exterior panel is missing, but I do not decide to use a method so that it is perfectly square with the car.
Can you suggest me systems to square the panel?
Thank you. I leave photos of the sealing of the doors.
