Hey guys

Don't know much on gel coat and paint

Just bought a carbon fibre bonnet that has a black gel coat over it (weave is not exposed) and it looks like a nice finish. I'm wondering as I want it black anyway if it has to be sprayed?

Cheers
Luke

To be honest with you if you want it to have exposed weave then you will need multiple layers of UV resistant Lacquer. Otherwise it will go milky. Spraying it colour should be fine but best to ask Ben_O as he is our paint doctor.
