hey guys

I really like the look of a mesh grille, anyone got any tips or pics of how to put one together?

you could take the slats off a grille and just put the mesh across it, or you could just screw some mesh in place of the grille however this will leace the edges exposed and would need some sort of trim around the edges

I made one not so long back by removing the slats and pop riveting the mess to the backing.

That looks really nice! Thanks guys, yeah riveting mesh to a grille frame seems to be the best way. Cheers Andy but I have an old grille I can dismantle.

thats cool and it does look good, maybe you could try a different style of mesh, perhaps a modern plastic one if you can get on to fit possibly from a fiesta grille

Hate chipping into someonelses ? thread but just been skimming thro your photos of Nismo      and am liking your headlights .......take it you made these ?   nice were they easy to do ??? As I read that you can fit 7 inch  projector headlamps from a wrangler jeep no problem? straight in.
