I have been using Millers 10w60 Nanodrive (http://www.millersoi...ctor=Motorsport) at about £65 a 5 litre tub.
Engine is 1293cc custom injection (ie not mpi) eaton supercharged.
Would mobile 1 do the same? its a tad less expensive.?

When I spoke to Millers technical they told me the best oil they make for the A Series is their Nanodrive CTV Mini 20W-50 Oil. It's what I run In my 7 port with a Jack Knight 6 speed gearbox.
It's specifically designed for the A series combined engine and gearbox design. It also protects the gearbox to GL4 levels which an engine oil won't do. It's also £39.95 at Opie Oils!

Plus you get TMF+ discount with Opie Oils!
If in any doubt, give Millers a shout!

Cheers for that, yep I am always a bit nervous to use something that boats engine only protection when my engine and gearbox share the same oil. 6 speed box, very nice!!

Mobile 1 would be a no, a 0W40 would pretty much fall out of a mini lol
Go for CTV
