Yes, not as good as normal 2k and take about a month to fully cure in warm conditions and then is not as long lasting as it's full 2k friend. The paint is the same just the hardner and thinner which changes

Does spray well and gives a good finish. I tend to use it on parts which don't take abuse. Most the time I'll just use the air fed and do it properly if going 2k or just continue with 1k

I tried it with high build primer and it did not harden very well, sank when over coated and picks up on paper when flatting I wouldn't recommend it at all, if you want to avoid ISO hardener and don't want to use cellulose then use epoxy high build then normal solvent base coat and use upol 1k rfu clear coat, will not be as good as 2k but far better than the converter.
The non ISO hardener is in fact a convertor that works with 2k paint and causes it to air dry like a 1k product. I have an almost full bottle of the stuff and will never use again. I bought an airfed mask mainly because of how useless the stuff was.

The Jawel non iso has been discussed at length on the Mig Welding forum UK. Overall reviews seem mixed at best, with the failure to harden mentioned a few times.

Not worth it. You ll spend hours prepping a car, just to ruin it with that paint. Do it properly with either 2k (insert safety warnings) or celly. I sprayed a cherry red mini with 1k base and 1k laquer. The shine after a polish was insane.

OK, still don't like the idea of 2K as I don't have the protection for me or the neighbours.

I'm using ISO free epoxy 2k primer.

Water based metalic base coat (no choice here in France, that's all you can buy)

It's just the clear coat that I need to find and thought this stuff would be OK.
