To be honest its not the safest method but needs must.
Now as an aside and having done what you are about to do seriously consider not replacing four individual floor sections. Buy two half floors instead. It might seem like more work but in the long run its a better job.
There is a bit more to do but i wish i had done this on my lads car. Now its the only way apart from replacing the complete floor if i need to go that route.

Brace the shell. It's not worth the risk!
+1 on this. You need 5 pieces of 20mm box.
Two sections, from above the companion bin on the B pillar and across to the A pillar. Do this on the inside.
Then at each end go across the width of the car to tie it all together. Now i then add another section directly over the floor crossmember and add to drop downs to the crossmember for a height reference.

And with regards to bracing, I've welded some steel tubing between the B pillars and door gaps. Is any more needed if it's going to be put on its side?
Thanks

The quarter floors will more than likely be magnum panel sold by M Machine. The rear panels, have they got a shaped cutout where they wrap around the companion bin??

When ordering them I was told they are m machines own panels. The rear panels don't have the cutout for the companion bins. I've attached some photos of the panels.
Thanks
Fair shout defo not Magnum and they will do the job. You do know you will need to take out the companion bin to get them to fit correctly. Use them though.
