Other than rivets, does anyone have any other setup for arches? Someone mentioned once barrel fasteners or allen bolts on nuts. I'm looking to add Group 2 arches on my clubman, but I don't like the rivet look. Thanks in advance.

Sorry the arches on mine are part of a zeemax body kit so you cannot see them as the fitting flange is under the arches. If I was fitting them to arches where they were visible I would paint the bolt heads black or try and find some little plastic covers to go over them. Basically the rivnut is just a threaded insert that crimps into the panel and then a hex bolt to attach the arches or whatever else is being fitted.

Rivnuts and stainless socket head cap screws and washers are the best way.

The Group 2 arch-extensions are, in  my opinion, the best possible arch-extensions, although I don't like arch extensions at all really and if you keep to a 4.5" wheel, which is all a Mini actually needs, arch extensions are not needed. That way the rust created by the holes for the arch-extensions don't exist.
