Hi I have a mini piccadilly that is for sale but could do with a valuation on it's current condition. It's a project but not a very big one and could easily be done over a good weeks work from what I can see around it it needs
A patch of welding on drivers rear arch
Bottom of doors need doing
Bottom corner rear quarters
Front bonnet lip has that across bottom front edge.
Engine bay cleaned up
Needs Interior carpet
New battery needed
General tidy up on interior and exterior.
The story goes it was a one lady owner from new it was brought by my father's friend in 2009 from a garage he then used it for a year or so and lost interest and was left in a garage for 8 months my father then brought it of him and give it a service got it all up and running and my mom used it as a daily driverfrom 2012 till 2016 she then got a new car and it has been in my lockup since anyway discussed few months back that it's not doing anything and they are willing to sell so I put jump leads on and it fired up on second turn abit sluggish tho. Drove it back to mine everything works great and it's ready for a new owner very gutted to see it go as we have been on trips over to Monaco etc in it. Logbook 3 owners from new mileage is 355081 from new just needs a good clean up and service and will be a cracking investment. Any question thankyou Tom

To mention got keys logbook mot paperwork from new some service receipts handbook and it's got alloy wheels rather then the standard steel wheels. I'm sure some 12" wheels and trims will come up on eBay to put it back to original if you wanted to. And it had new front wings and front panel in 2015 thanks Tom
