Anyone tried these guys for a rolling road tune? http://www.cckhistor...m/rolling-road/

Close to me in Uckfield and have a few mini examples but look a little pricey.

i have not used them CCK , but i use a bloke called Andy at Classic and Race up near Gatwick. very good at setting up any car with any engine, he is always busy, so don't be surprised to have to book in advanced . he will set up your car to run correctly through the rev range,  and not just power run it and give you a print out like some RR do.

southern carbs are very close so easy to go pick up any parts, needles etc.

look through his face book page of all the different cars he has done, he tunes anything.

Andy at Classic and Race is one of the best in the business. I use and recommended him to all my customers.
Look on www.facebook.com/ozoap for recent cars I've had at Andys.

i was going to say I've not used them, but after looking into it and searching for who I have used, it seems they have changed their name.
I went them a few years ago (was actually in mini world) when they were called 'rolling Road of Sussex and Kent)

I wasn't very impressed if I'm honest. They 'tuned' my hif44 on the rollers but it never really ran very well afterwards.

Would that be CCK?
I'm not aware that Andy has ever changed company name.

this might sound stupid, but give your engine a check over, check all your levels, oil and coolant, make sure everything is tight, nothing loose, all the engine electric connector are good, ht leads fit well etc etc, just basic checks. i always take a spare set of spark plugs, as the first time i have one fail,

the amount of people that go and forget to check the basic things. like coolant level then boil over there car after doing a rebuild.

the less he has to fix when your there will save you time and money.

also make sure you have enough fuel!!!!!!!!
