Hi all I am part way through my cg13 build and will put up a thread with pictures once it's finished but until then..

The donor I'm using is a 1996 k11, I have read that the earlier k10 uses shafts with the same outer spline as mini, is this correct and if so will they fit the later box? I have seen complete recon shafts for sale for a good price so would ideally like to use the new inner cv's and new shafts just cut down to fit the mini otters.

I also don't have much clearance on the n/s's pot joint so was hoping the earlier ones may be slightly smaller to gain me some room there too before I redesign that area of the subframe for the 2nd time!

Thanks again in advance all of your knowledge has been a great help!

The NS inner cv is a tricky part on most builds due to the design of the micra engine and gearbox. Either modify the lower arm mount or reposition the engine to allow more clearance. Pulsar Gtir shafts share the same inner cv joint and I'm fairly sure they are marginally smaller however I was unable to track any down at a reasonable cost on the offchance.

I would sign up to micra sport and ask them more regarding the gearbox choices
