Ever used one of them?

I'm looking to buy an impact wrench capable of removing crank pulley bolts. Anyone got any ideas on what sort of torque level I should be looking at?

I haven't used that one, but if it lives up to anywhere near that torque then it should deal with most crank bolts fine. I've been looking at some of the SGS stuff and it looks quite decent, I'd give it a go.

Crank shaft pulley bolt 75 lbft or 102 nm as per my 69-88 haynes manual
Flywheel centre bolt 112lbft or 152nm as per my 69-88 haynes manual
They are the only two that are high torque

Plus corrosion and overtightening potential

You do not actually need an impact wrench. If the engine is in the car, put it in gear and chock the wheels, or use a flywheel locking device, and use a breaker bar.

The torque you would need from an impact wrench to guarantee shifting the tightest bolt is far higher than you may think. Typically more than double the tightening torque, in badly rusted cases 5 times or more. Few impact wrenches will be that powerful.
