Hi all we've just bought a Mini Cooper Camden and it hasn't got Bluetooth, is there any way of retrofitting or do will I have to get a parrot hands free instead ?

Buy a new head unit with bluetooth technologie then have it fitted and you can then use your phone through the head unit.
