After purchasing several smaller items, I recently upgraded my JDM Spi Cooper 35th Anniversary edition to the heavy duty wiper arms, 11" wiper blades while replacing the rubber base with a chrome base. Picture enclosed!

The wipers, made by TEX, were terrible, often leaving large streaks on the windshield. Minispares promptly confirmed that the product was discontinued and that they were supplying a superior built version. They shipped this to me next day, delivering an Amazon like shopping experience!

All in all, very happy with the service and will continue to patronize their store. I thought I'd share the experience for anyone unfamiliar with them. I have no affiliation with the store outside of being a now loyal customer.

The experience would have been even better if you were a TMF+ member because you would be able to apply for your 7.5% Minispares discount  :D  and your £5 subscription supports  the forum.

They apologized and said that TEX blades had dropped in quality, which prompted them to cancel the supplier and manufacture their own.

I'd love to sign up for TMF+ - point me in the right direction!

Did they offer a refund or discount on the replacement parts as they acknowledged the original parts that they had supplied were not meeting their quality targets?

. Don't suppose you'd have the part numbers for these would you I'm looking to replace mine soon. Cheers Graham
