Hi all,

Have a question I cannot seem to find the answer to so thought I'd try it in here.

The thing is I'm building a Works mini replica and have a question about the fuseboxes I want to use.

In the original Works cars they use the Lucas 6FJ fuseboxes (http://www.ebay.com/...Y-/231979401602).

Since I don't feel like using glass fuses I would like to know if someone here nows if there's a solution to use the 6FJ boxes with modern fuses.

Could be someone has made it themselves or someone knows a company that makes these old boxes with mods to accept new fuses.

All ideas are welcome.

Just use a blade type fuse box, piggy back spade connections to join wires

If you're making a Works Replica then you should use what they used otherwise it's not a replica.

I've used these in place of the original;-

They have a number of different types and fuse capacities. Something else may suit your needs better.

You can also get circuit breakers that go in place of the fuses that have built in LEDs to show one that's tripped. Very handy on a stage car at night.

I have one of these. when a fuse blows it shows you which one has gone.
