I am about to take delivery of a shiny Blazing Red pre-owned F55 5 door hatch. It is 2 years old, so presumably the paint has not changed much in colour.
It has a black roof and black mirror covers (if it makes any difference to anything they are electrically retractable). It also has a panoramic sunroof so the amount of roof area is pretty minimal.
I am not sure about the 2 tone look and was wondering how much I should expect to pay to get a top class respray of the roof (in London, so presumably more than elsewhere) and how much changing the mirror covers would cost in terms of parts and labour. I have seen factory painted mirror covers on offer online for £216 the pair, which seems characteristically steep, but I am not surprised by the number.
Any thoughts from old hands gratefully received !
