Hi All,

I know this is a bit of a long shot, but I thought I would give it a try.

Its my wife's 30th coming up soon, and I thought I would try and buy back her first ever car.

It was a green Austin Mini 1989, F651 RPL.

I have looked online and its shown as SORN and the last MOT ran out in 2013.

I'm hoping that someone has it in a garage somewhere and hasn't had time to restore it.

If anyone knows who owns this car, or could put them in touch with me, It would be much appreciated.

She sold it in around 2000 to a man in Chingford, East London.

Other than that I don't have much more

explain why you want the information and the dvla will make the judgement,

Also if they do give you the information, its best if you didn't just show up at the persons door, send them a letter explaining about the car and to ring you etc
