Hello,
I'm 17 and learning to drive, I want a Classic Mini as my first car. My older brother and cousins all have minis, so it sort of runs in the family. Ideally I'd like a white mini with a roof rack for under £5000 and hoping to buy in a few months. For now I just want any information I should know, recommendations on MPI or SPI Etc.

I've bought a mini now.
A lovely 1993 Rover Mayfair White.
almost nothing wrong with it, fun to drive and brilliant to look at.
May make some changes in future such as adding a roof rack and spot lights but keeping the original feel.

That's quick work. I'd like a MK3 in Citron yellow if the Mini fairy is still listening. 😉
