What's a ball park figure for a MK1 restoration project. Let's assume for arguments sake it's mid 60s and needs the usual full restoration but it's pretty much all there. Original engine (unknown state), original interior, hydrolastic suspension in unknown state. Will need floors, sills, wings, rear valance, front panel and A panels. I'm just after a real rough estimate if anybody has any thoughts?

What an impossible question, It would depend on what ever somebody was willing to pay? I for one wouldn't pay more than a grand and that would be for an absolute complete car.

Yeah I know it's a difficult question but I was trying to get a feel for any past projects people may have seen sell and to get an idea of what's a fair price.
