Hi all I'm new to mini's & I'm getting my 1994 35th anniversary car next week.
It requires a few jobs including repairs to the dash as it has a walnut Finnish dash fitted but it's cracking. So I'll change it possibly for a different one but was wondering if it's possible to change the current 2 dial to 3 dial dash? Also what do I need to get or do?
Any help or advice would be great!

If you have a wood dash then all you need is a set of clocks. The wires are already there.

If your going standard you will need clocks, plastic surround, mounting bracket and dash liners.

Hi all I'm new to mini's & get my 1994 35th anniversary next.
It needs a few jobs doing & amongst them is to repair or replace the dash.
It currently has a 2 dial dash but would like to convert it to a 3 dial set up.
Is this possible? Do I need another wiring loom?
Or I did here that the tachometer wire may be loose behind the dash somewhere?
Any help or guidance would be great.

Yes sorry.
I didn't think the original one had gone on here. By the that time it was too late.
Thanks for you reply to the original post

Do you know what year or type of clocks I'll be ok with ie what about a set from a SPI?

You probably have electronic ignition on that car so make sure the 3 clocks set have an RVC tachometer (just 1 spade and 1 bullet connection) otherwise the older type will not work.
