I am just trying to get an idea of what price to sell at.
Full years Mot
Recent new rear subframe (Dec 16)
Fully reconditioned auto Gearbox just completed.
Hardly a mark on it other than a little rust scab on os wing (10p size)
24000 genuine miles and 3 previous owners.

What sort of warranty did you get on the auto box rebuild, and what was the problem with the unit requiring the rebuild.. and if it's not too much of an intrusion, cost ?

As that will have a direct affect on the value of the car.

I have one years warranty on the gearbox (must change oil every 3 months)
I'm not too technical but it was something to do with clutch plates. Had to get a reconditioning kit at £600 and £900 labour costs.

That sounds about right... for a transmission repair and with the 12month warranty, I'd say about £3000-3500 the way the market is looking at the moment. Probably pitch @ £4k and see there it ends up.

Personally, I'd take the stripes off, make it look as standard as possible.

Cheers for the advice. I agree re the stripes but unfortunately they are sprayed on, not me by the way.
