Rose Joints Left Hand Or Right Hand ?

I'm looking to get some rose joints,but looking on ebay they state left hand or right hand thread. I'm not using them for track rods, so wasn't sure what a normal screw/thread is termed as. are normal threads left or right handed?

how many nuts and bolts have you tightened up if you life?

 

and remember the one thread on a Mini that is not the same way? 

 

 

but Normal threads are as above.

I was taught that as a Rolls-Royce apprentice back in 73................
