Hi
I have a few small patches of rust on the bottom of my passenger door. I've sanded them down and used some por 15 metal prep on them. Do you think I need to cut and weld in new patches?

If it's in the door skin then it'll be worse on the inside of the door. Have you looked behind your door card?

I recently changed the door cards and it didn't look too bad behind them. I'll take another look

You need to look inside the door. That looks pretty bad. A few options available, but if you want longevity, I'd be taking off the old door skin, repair the door and re spray. Alternatively you could probably cut that part out and replace with a section of the repair panel available from m-machine.

You'd still need to look inside the door to see the severity. I'd imagine it's pretty rotten.
