Can I buy mpi (1998) front wings with the correct wheel arch size? no cutting involved just as they should be?

No, they have to be cut.
The templates can be downloaded on Minispares site.
It's then possible to reinstall the lip and not cut off bits and weld a reinforcement. That way you avoid another rust trap.

Only if it's got sportspack arches will they need to be trimmed

Careful with the pdf templates, not all printers print to scale, some are off by a few milimetres.

 

 

edit, just looked at the templates, they have scales so that they can be measured to make sure they printed at the right size.

For genuine, mini spares. For non-genuine, m-machine. I'd go genuine due to fitment.
