Hi all,

 

Not sure if this is the best part of the forum to post this, however, on the 8th of September I will be cycling from Colwyn Bay down to Cardiff over 3 days (finishing late on the 10th of September) to raise money for Tenovus Cancer Care.

8th – Colwyn Bay to Caernarfon – 30 miles
9th – Caernarfon to Aberystwyth – 80 miles
10th – Aberystwyth to Cardiff – 115 miles.
