What Carb For 998?

Hello everybody,could anyone tell me whether it's okay to run an hif44 su with a fast road 998cc engine,would it be easy to tune?

Personally, Using a HIF44 is a bit too big on a 998. Have a think about using a HIF38, I think this would be a better choice.

 

I have put both 38 and 44 on a 998, and found the 38 far better to use with better results. There is a bit too much fuel and air with the 44 on a 998 engine.

hif38 last of the 998 carbs anything bigger will slow it down less you twin but a pain setup..
