The time has come after 5 years of ownership to sell my beloved mini Mayfair.
Need the money to buy our first house otherwise I would hold onto it.
1986 Austin Mayfair 998 manual 66500 miles.
Full 12 months Mot.
Believed to have a Cooper 998cc engine fitted or at least the head.
New full exhaust, new twin Su carbs with K&N pancake filters a year ago.
Rear subframe shot blasted and powder coated black.
Fully waxoiled/stone chipped underneath.
Carbs were set up on a rolling road by a mini specialist.
Rescued from a friends storage unit and restored with full respray 3 years ago.
Wheels resprayed last week with 2 new tyres on front and new wheel nuts.
Full new interior fitted last year with custom dash and full new wiring harness throughout.
Very clean example for the money!

Have a KOSO RX1N digital speedometer which I could throw for free. Never got round to fitting it.
Any questions just ask. Its clean, not immaculate but what mini is. Hehe
Rust wasn't a major issue during the restoration and only needed a few patches or welding on the boot floor and footwells due to water leaks.
