My 1999 Mini Cooper will not start on the key. The starter motor is turning over, and the battery is in good condition. There are no electrics to the fuel pump, however I've noticed my brake fluid level is low. Does anyone know if the brake fluid level being low will cut off the fuel system? Any help would be much appreciated!

Could be a easy fix. It maybe your inertia switch, press the top of it to reset it. This is linked to the fuel pump in the event a collision, it shuts off the fuel pump. Never owned a later injection mini so unsure where its located, google will no doubt tell you of it is location.
Looks like its on the bulkhead next to the wiper motor.
