I'm doing a promotive r1 build not far from the wiring it all up but I'm not wanting the r1 dash. Just to be awkward I want the clocks from a 2007 hayabusa is this possible to be done it anyone can help I would be greatly appreciated

You're better off asking on a bike forum rather than Mini but I think you're in for a world of pain. It's likely the cluster will be controlled by the ECU (or some sub-module) that'll be proprietary to the manufacturer. Unless by chance they use a common control protocol, someone has already made a converter or you have a good grasp of vetronics I'd look for an alternative.
