i will be selling my mums cherry red mini 30 soon, itll have 12 months mot but wont have been driven anywhere since 2011, itll go for mot on a trailer.

Its cherry red, 998cc, quite original apart from it has hi los on it, upgraded headlights and slightly wider tyres.

Its had a fair amount of welding done, new front end, sills, rear around the subframe, a panel, corners of the front screen, and a few bits more, so its really solid, and it dosnt want welding. It has no rust bubbles that ive spotted, subframes are not rotten, doors are good.

I did most of the welding in about 2009 when my mother went on holiday, and it was repainted at my mates garage, but he let his apprentice paint it, and there are a few dry bits on it around the front panel, a few marks in the laquer in places, but to look at you dont really notice it. Front seats are a bit colapsed, the engine is not the original one. It had a mg metro engine in it, and that was well worn out, so ive replaced that with a 998 from a metro. Its got a really weird knocking noise when its cold, not like piston slap, like if you lifted up the piston in the carb and let it drop, sounds like that but its not the carb.

Its done about 130,000, just had new disks and pads, leads, coil, rotor arm, cap, points, condencer, oil, filter, fan belt, starter solinoid, throttle cable, engine mounts, and im sure there is more...

I was thinking about £3000? Or is it worth more?19732298_10155919743293132_4258141970470
