Needs a new front end, new sills (inner+outer) and a bit of a repair to the doorsteps.
The front end's going to be flipped - going to see if I can do something interesting with bonnet latches to try and get the entire thing to look standard from the outside and to make it all a bit easier to access. My previous mini had a full removable front and was a complete pain to get it off and back on again!
Engine wise, I've a MED 1380 engine sat in the garage waiting to go in it (was meant for the previous mini, but i killed that one too soon), complete with a stage 2 head, 286 cam and the lightest nutter b*stard flywheel ever.
Also got a Rollcentre rollcage that never made it into the previous mini, so that'll go in, probably with a pair of classic buckets - i've had 'normal' (corbeau forza + cobra clubman) bucket seats in the past and i don't think they really fit too well in a mini.
The suspension will get the usual neg camber + adjustable bit kits all round, a set of hi-lo's and some gaz dampers. I'm steering clear of beam axles and coil overs - had 'em in the past, not impressed.
