Hi All,

I would like to refurbish my dashboard from my Mini Cooper Sport.

The 'Metal covering' is damaged and needs replacing, but I cant seem to find a replacement fascia to stick on?

I had thought about getting a thin sheet or vinyl sheet to replace it but thought I would ask on here first to see if there is such a thing as a replacement 'stick on' or if anyone else has been through the same pain and can offer advice.

Thanks in advance

Have no idea of min. order qty. but formica do this:

http://www.formica.c...ica-group/m4767

Easy to bond and work with, but as it's used for high-end interior design, a 3m x 1,2m sheet's coming in at around £100.

perhaps send a quick e-mail to their head office see if off cuts/ half sizes/samples can be purchased.?

Corner of my dash was pealing like that, I glued and clamped the corner down. You would never know.

The pics not great, but as well as peeling slightly it has knocks and dings and is bubbling round the edges, so does need a replace rather than repair.

Looks like I will be going down the custom route ... some sort of thin sheet metal.

Appreciate the responses so far :)
