Hi there,

 

Have just paid my subscription fee but have seen no changes to my account. Perhaps I have done something stupid somewhere along the line? I have looked for some contact details in relation to subscriptions but dont appear to be able to find anything. I have the Paypal numbers etc if required

Its showing incomplete in the system and NO payment via Paypal.When you sau you have just paid, do you this afternoon??

Recently renewed mine. Do you need to set anything up to get discount from minispares etc. I recall when i first joined, I never got my discount from 1st minispares order. I did with subsequent orders but can't remember what or if I did anything

To receive the discount from Minispares you have to email Simon on here using his PM and he'll set the account up for you.

Again it would appear its the same with yourself, checked the subscription manager and no sign of payment from Paypal. I will inform our finance dept (Bec) to see if she can look into yours as well.

 

To anyone else, if you are having issues like this then please contact a member of the Admin team rather than post a thread. We don't look at everything so it may get missed.
